Fifteen minutes of meditation and then an Ionix Supreme shot was how my day began today. Next I did 35 minutes of Yoga. I had my breakfast shake during the drive in today – chocolate. By the time that I got to my shake, I was hungry.
My son and I walked the track again this morning. He really enjoys watching the military folks doing their morning
exercise. Today he was quite interested in their basketball games.
For lunch today, I had baked trout with lemon squeezed on it, sweet potatoes with a bit of ghee (clarified butter – I will post a recipe blog in the near future on my website where I will indicate how to make ghee), green beans with pea and radish shoots, and an apple. Then I headed over to the Staff Appreciation celebrations. The walk added to my daily step count. I saw lots of people that I hadn’t seen in a while which was really nice.
In the afternoon, I had two more Isagenix snacks.
After work, I walked toward the grocery store which finished up my walk count for the day. I work towards getting at least 10,000 steps per day which is around 5 km. Most days I get much more than 10,000 steps.
For dinner I had a vanilla shake. Since I got all my exercise in through the day, I didn’t need to do any after dinner.
So far, I am finding this program very easy to follow.
