Mid-morning, I had an Isagenix snack.
At lunch today I walked to the Post Office to mail a last minute Christmas card for my son. He wanted to send a card to his friend that lives in the States. I am not sure if it will get there on time, but he will get it next week at some point. Then I had a nice lunch with a friend. Lunch consisted of fish, chickpeas with rice and spices, and pea pods.
Dinner was a chocolate shake.
So, the rest of the fat loss/cleanse program is pretty much the same thing. Two shakes per day, a 400 – 600 calorie meal and Isagenix snacks twice a day if needed. I thought that it will likely get pretty boring just to hear the same thing every day. So, I had an idea. Why don’t you let me know what you would like me to write about?
It will be like a request blog. Do you have any questions at all about the Isagenix products or the fat loss’/cleanse program? Do you have another topic that you would like to learn more about? Let me know and I will write what I know about the given topics.
I will do another progress report on day 20 so you can see how I am doing on my fat loss/cleanse and then again on day 30 when the fat loss/cleanse program is done. Each day when I write, I will let you know what I had for lunch/dinner so that you can see the kinds of things that I am eating, but I won’t be reporting about the shakes and Isagenix snacks since you already know how that part of the program works.
