I went to the gym and did some walking laps with my son on the indoor track. Then I took my son to school. When I was taking him inside, I slipped on a patch of ice and wrenched my back. Ouch!
Mid-morning, I had a serving of Ionix Supreme and 2 Isagenix snacks.
Late morning, I had another serving of deep cleanse. Again, I didn’t need the apple.
Early afternoon, I had a couple more Isagenix snacks.
Mid-afternoon was another serving of deep cleanse.
After the fall on the ice and the day in a non-ergonomic environment, my back was killing me so I made an extra trip to my chiropractor for an adjustment. It feels a little better now, although still a little tender. I talked to her about how I couldn’t sleep last night (she is the person who gifted me with Isagenix) and she indicated that the Ionix Supreme was a
natural energy boost and that it was what had likely kept me awake. She told me not to take it that night and that I should take the extra shot earlier in the day when I did my cleanse days the next week.
At dinner time I had 2 Isagenix snacks, but did not take the Ionix Supreme.
A little later, I had my last deep cleanse of the day.
I had intended to do my Yoga, but decided that was not a good idea with a twinge-y back.
I went to bed early instead. I had a great sleep and was well rested the next morning.
So, overall, these cleanse days were a lot easier compared to other cleanses I have done. I look forward to next week’s 2 days knowing that they will go as well as my second cleanse day of this week did!
Tomorrow is a shake day and I get to eat a 400-600 calorie lunch which is the time of day that I have chosen to eat my meal.
