After work, I met my friend Amy for lunch. I had a bowl of Tom Yum soup (we went for Thai) which is broth with onions and mushrooms in it. I also had a very small bowl of green curry chicken which had bamboo shoots and peppers in it. The bowl of curry was smaller than the bowl of soup so I was pleased with that as I also went out to dinner with Joe for shawarma. This means that I only had 1 shake. I had the chicken shawarma salad which had lots of veggies in it (including zucchini and cauliflower) as well as some hummus and garlic sauce. I didn't get the pita as I can't eat wheat. Here's a picture that I found on the Internet of what chicken shawarma salad looks like. It was tasty.
I did my Yoga when I get back to Joe's apartment after lunch.
Thursday morning I will take my measurements, pictures, and weigh in. Stay tuned for those results on Friday morning. This will be the same for next week as I will be staying with my husband next Monday and Tuesday night for my last week of work!
I'm so excited to be coming home to be full-time with Ethan!! I've even scouted out some fun things for us to do together in August. One of those fun things is to go to Orillia so he can take dirt biking lessons. While he is doing that, I've found a local spa that I can go to! Win-Win!!!
