Of course I will post my progress during the program so you can see how it goes for me. I will be starting the new eating program when I return from my conference in Las Vegas!
With my cleansing program, my body is flooded with nutrients via a cleanse drink which assists my body to function as it is meant to and cleanse deep down to the cellular level. Some common questions that I get about my cleanse program include:
Q: Do I run to the bathroom lots? A: Not really as I am used to drinking a lot of water every day.
Q: Is it a poopy cleanse? A: No way!
Q: Am I hungry? A: Nope - I consume cleanse items every hour and drinks lots of water!
Q: Do you feel tired? A: Nope - It energizes me!
The other benefit to cleansing is that it gives my digestive tract a rest from digesting solid food. I do find that because my body is working so hard to cleanse the toxins that I do get chilly easily - nothing a sweater won't rectify!
Since it was Monday and a cleanse day, I did the lighter HIIT program that I have been doing on Mondays. You can see the full routine back on the first Monday of this month.
Next month, I have also chosen a new exercise regimen. I will be starting that on July 31st as it travels well and is quick so I can easily do it while I am at my conference!
