After work I did my Power Yoga. I truly love Yoga. It makes me feel complete. I love how the poses bring me and my body joy. I love how the breathing calms and soothes me. I love how it stretches my body and makes my sore muscles feel so great. Have you tried Yoga? Yoga is for every body and everybody!
After Joe got home from work, he did his HIIT routine as well and then we went for a lovely dinner.
Dinner was at Al's Steak House.
I had the starter tossed salad, small steak with shrimp, and veggies. The shrimp came on a bed of rice which I didn't know about or I would have told them to hold it. I do like rice and eat it from time to time, but am being careful with what carbohydrates I eat as my digestion is just starting to improve and I don't want to push it! Also, the rice was white and I steer clear of that. I prefer brown rice. Here's a picture of my dinner. I was pleased that it was a reasonable portion and it was very delicious!
