For exercise, it was running and Yoga day.
I did a 2 km run. I had intended to 3 km, but ran out of time. I am slower than I used to be. It's all good, my speed will come back as I run.
I did a 15 minute Ashtanga youtube video that I found, only to determine that it wasn't the greatest. I will search out some other 20 minute ones to do. I think I will switch to Power Yoga as by the time I got through all the sun salutations, there wasn't much time left for the Ashtanga series of poses.
With the heat, I drank a bunch of water - too much! A good learning lesson! I was sick to my stomach! I think it was a combination of chugging the water and the heat while running. Thursday when I run, I will go early in the morning as I am working from home and have that luxury. Tuesday I had to drive to work and so I had to run late afternoon - not ideal in the heat!
