One of the tools that I will be implementing this weekend is the "Maintenance Challenge". I have been recording all the maintenance things that I do such as watering the plants, cutting my and Ethan's finger nails, laundry, cleaning, etc. So, now I have saved them up and will implement them all in one chunk of time to maximize my time and results. I'm excited to see how it improves my time and productivity!

Today after 2 protein shakes - one for breakfast and one for lunch, I made local, fresh trout for dinner. I put thyme and lime on it and baked it in the oven until cooked. I also sautéed up mushrooms and garlic scapes. Finally, I had a tossed salad with a bit of homemade salad dressing.
