The workout was a total of 8 minutes plus my pre-workout and post-workout stretches. It doesn't sound like much, but it is an intense workout for the time that you're doing it. If you aren't gasping for air then you aren't doing it right so the book tells me!
We spent the day tidying the house for our house guest for the week. Ethan has soccer camp and the coaches are British soccer players. We are hosting Ethan's coach, Ryan. He's from Liverpool.
For dinner we had goat chops and corn on the cob. A yummy local dinner. I neglected to take a picture.
