1 minute sprints
1 minute jumping jacks
1 minute squats
1 minute front jacks
1 minute sprinting sit ups
1 minute X jacks
1 minute push ups
1 minute pike
Each exercise has 1 minute rest in between. When I first start out it feels like 1 minute is a long time. By the end 1 minute seems quite short! I am really enjoying the variety of exercise and the varying lengths of exercise and rest periods. It is really keeping my body guessing and working hard!
I had a very productive day today and am quite happy that I accomplished what I set out to accomplish with respect to my business. I love being able to design my day as I like now and I love working part time doing what I love. Helping others get fit and feel fabulous is so rewarding and so much fun! I love being able to drive Ethan to soccer camp every day and pick him up every day! I love being able to be home to make him and his soccer coach, Ryan, a nice home cooked meal. I love having the freedom to be able to say "Yes" the soccer coach can stay with us! I love being home each night to have bedtime routine with Ethan in person and I love being able to sing him aw
I also got to go for a gorgeous hike with my dear friend, Dodie, in the afternoon at Rock Dunder. It is one of my favourite places. Here's a picture of the view at the top of the climb. How rewarding is that!!!
