HIIT routine this morning was all legs! This is a weak area for me so was especially tough! It's all good!
I did 2 rounds of the following:
30 seconds squats
30 seconds reverse lunge
30 seconds jump lunge
30 seconds squat jump
30 seconds rest
I took my weight and measurements today as is my usual day now. Status quo. My weight remained the same as last week, my body fat percentage remained the same as last week, and my measurements also remained the same as last week. I am quite happy with this and expect that next week may well be the same. That is completely fine as I will be in Vegas!

Our house guest, Ryan (Ethan's British soccer coach) liked it so much, he asked for it for lunch as well. :)
