Another awesome day of training! I love what I have learned so far.
Back at the hotel, in the afternoon, I did my personal growth reading for the day and my workout as below:
3 rounds of the following:
30 seconds row boats
30 seconds sit ups with opposite arm-leg touch
30 seconds boat pose
30 seconds rest
