For dinner, we all shared ribs, salad, noodles, and shrimp. It was yummy! I had a couple of ribs, a few shrimp, lots of salad, and some noodles. I didn't eat fries. I did have a nice glass of wine with my dinner. The salad was yummy with dried fruit and mangoes in it. The noodles had a bit of a zip to them along with the hot peppers on top. The shrimp also had a zip with a spicy sauce. The ribs were yummy with a BBQ sauce on them. There wasn't a lot of gluten-free options for us so I think we made out fairly well with what was available.
I'm definitely grateful that we had our superfood nutrition in the morning for breakfast as I know that our bodies got the nutrients needed.
