My workout consisted of:
30 seconds X jacks
30 seconds jump lunges
30 seconds stars
30 seconds cross push ups
30 seconds rest
After book club call we head out on the road home. We took the scenic route around to Bon Echo. We stopped at a lovely restaurant that was a bit out of the way, but had such a delicious sounding menu which included many gluten-free options that we just had to go there. I ended up having a lamb burger with goat's cheese and grilled pineapple on it. It was quite yummy with a Greek salad.
The scenic drive took most of the day and consisted of absolutely gorgeous views! I am very grateful for the family time and having fun together! School will be back in before we know it!
We stopped in Kingston to grab some groceries and then headed home for dinner and laundry. We needed to get some stuff washed ASAP for Ethan's camping trip on Thursday. We had wanted to get to bed early; however, it didn't work out that way as I had some issues with my blog post last night. I finally got it to work and hit the hay!
