Short and sweet and right on point! It was challenging!
I am coming to the close of my 28 day HIIT challenge. I have been thinking about what is next for my workouts. I have decided that I will re-do the 28 challenge, with some modifications.
The one thing that I will do is implement a rest day. I have chosen Sundays. Although some of the days are short, I still feel like a rest day is in order. Partly, it is a reward for working so hard on the workouts through the week, but I think that it is also very beneficial to allow your body to have down time as well.
The other modification that I will make is that I will begin the program at level 2 with the intention of going up to level 3 at the 2 week mark. I will do the level test at the end of the program to be sure that I am still in level 2 and then do it again at the 2 week mark to be sure that I can go up to level 3. I am quite happy with my progress. It just goes to show that the more that you do something, the better you get at it!
Ethan headed off to the tree top adventures in Mallorytown with his grandmother so the house was nice and quiet for the first day of my 90 blitz. I am on a mission to help as many people as possible to change their life! It is so exciting! Helping others is what life is all about!
Besides my superfood nutrient dense shakes for breakfast and lunch today, I had a light dinner. I decided to make a stir-fry to use up all the veggies in the fridge. It was tasty and had patty pans, zucchini, oyster mushrooms, red onions, and kohlrabi in it. I also had a mixed greens salad with homemade dressing. I forgot to take a picture.
Ethan and I are going to see if we can get in for a tree top adventure on Thursday morning together. He really enjoyed it. They also have zip-lining which I would love to do! We'll see if they have space for us!
