Morning meditation was much easier today! I am enjoying the new personal growth book that I am reading - Tribal Leadership. We'll start discussing it next week in my book club. I am excited to learn from other group members' takeaways. My workout today, Tuesday, looked like the following:
30 seconds mountain climbers
30 seconds x jacks
30 seconds tiger push ups
30 seconds jump lunges
30 seconds skater jumps
30 seconds opposite arm and leg touches
30 seconds rest
I am loving the variety of these workouts. I also love the varying lengths. It is really keeping my body guessing and I am loving the toning that is taking place.
Ethan and I went to his school friend's house for a play date. I enjoyed chatting with the Mom and the Dad. We're planning a games night where we get together and play board games. We've done it before and it is a lot of fun!
