My workout this morning was as follows:
20 seconds sprints
20 seconds squats
20 seconds burpees
1 minute rest
I am starting the 28 day challenge over again. This time I am starting with level 2 with the intention of moving up to level 3 at the midway point. I'll let you know how it progresses for me.
This week on Tuesday, I am beginning the new eating program that I mentioned in the pat - carb cycling. I'll post my food each day and I'll get back to showing measurements as I am sure there will be change now that my eating is changing. Results are 80% eating and 20% working out. You can outrun your fork! Eating out in restaurants has been my downfall over the last few weeks. Thankfully I have maintained my releases of inches and fat so I am looking forward to releasing some more and gaining some ground towards my fitness competition.
Lunch today was salmon with the water that came in the tin and some Dijon mustard and dill on top of a salad. It was tasty. I remembered to take a picture!
