Morning meditation and personal growth reading went well. This morning's workout was as follows:
20 seconds sprints
20 seconds squat jumps
20 seconds burpees
1 minute rest
Breakfast, of course, was my superfood protein shake. As I mentioned, I chose an eating program that I could continue to use those one as it is extremely important to me that I get my nutrients in each day. Our food nowadays just doesn't have all the nutrients that our bodies due to modern farming practices.
Lunch was tuna wraps. They were very tasty. Here's a picture.
Ethan had guitar practice last night too! He is getting quite good. I am always impressed when I hear him play.
Dinner was lamb fajitas. They were also very tasty with sautéed peppers and onions on top. I am really enjoying the food and the variety on this eating program.
