I decided that with the lower back pain still there that it would be best to not do a workout today - at least until after I went to the chiropractor later in the day. I did lots of lower back and lower body stretching to help ease the pain.
After dropping Ethan at school, I came home to work on some writing that I was behind in.
I took Ethan to the skate park to ride his scooter after school. He really enjoys doing that. First, we went and got him some new safety gear as he mentioned that this knee and elbow pads were too small. I love that he wants to take good care of his body while doing the tricks that he loves to do.
We headed to the chiropractor and Dr Dodie fixed me all up. I felt much better when I left, but decided that it was wise to not do a workout today at all.
I had a superfood shake for breakfast and lunch and some sardines and shake for dinner as I needed something quick and easy to bring with me to the skate park since we wouldn't be home until late.
Joe came home with a new scooter for Ethan since his old one was falling apart. It was really not made for the tricks that he was doing. He was very excited to have a proper one and gladly gave up half the cost of it from the money he is saving towards his guitar.
It was then off to bed for Ethan and time for a bit more work for me and then to bed myself.
