After dropping Ethan at school, I headed to the chiropractor again. She said that my one leg was 1" shorter than the other!! After she adjusted me I felt much better and was able to walk without hobbling. I'm not sure what I did to it!
I was looking up the meaning of lower back pain and it this is what it said,"Pain or disability in the lower back (sacral region) at the base of the spine indicates fear of losing your freedom when others need your help. Your freedom is "sacred." Often enough, you fear for your own survival." Interesting! I have been feeling pressure lately about keeping myself home and bringing Joe home next year. I had a chat with a friend, Amanda, today and am feeling much better.
I took advantage of not working out today and did a cleanse day. I figured it was a perfect day since it is best not to do too strenuous of activity on cleanse days.
I spent an amazing day of writing today.
Ethan and I went to the skate park after school again. It seems to be our new ritual - at least until the winter weather arrives.
When we got home I made Ethan dinner, he had a nice bath, and then we played a board game before he headed to bed. We read the last two chapters in the Land of Stories. It's a good series so far.
I had a fantastic team call before heading to bed for the night.
