Meditation this morning was amazingly focused as well.
Today I read some of Unfair Advantage for my personal growth reading. I love the Robert Kiyosaki books as they are teaching me lots of things about money.
My workout looked like:
30 seconds push ups
30 seconds reverse lunges
30 seconds tricep dips
30 seconds burpees
1 minute rest
Each morning as I get ready I read my health mantra. It recommits me to creating a breakthrough in my personal health and quality of life. It reminds me that I am working towards my target weight by releasing body fat and gaining lean muscle. It reminds me that my success will greatly improve my health, energy levels, and overall quality of life.
Ethan and I went for a nice scooter ride around the neighbourhood of his school. Well he scootered and I walked behind him.
I had a couple of hours of working and then enjoyed some reading time. Besides reading personal growth books, I also read nutrition books. I read Metabolic Typing.
Ethan and I went to the skate park after school for a bit then came home and I made him dinner while he enjoyed a nice Epsom salt bath to help clean his wounds from scooter trick wipeouts! I made him salmon and beets. After dinner he and I played a couple of games of Trouble and then he headed to bed.
My evening ended with an amazing team call where we talked about evolving consciousness. It gave me a lot of ponder and think about.
