Breakfast was a superfood shake.
Today was the last day of training and we were flying home so we had to bring our suitcase with us. Another lovely train ride to the convention centre.
Today we practiced our full presentations that we had worked to develop over the 3 previous days. It was very powerful and a little scary to be honest. Even though we were just performing in a group with 2 other people, they were still people we didn't know.
We got another superfood meal bar for lunch today, generously provided by the company I am aligned with.
We did a final powerful exercise where we wrote about the area in our life that we were playing small in and then wrote about how we were going to change that into playing big. This was an extremely powerful exercise and there were a lot of tears in the room, including me. When David took shares from this exercise, Joe shared that he was playing small in his relationships with Ethan and I. Whoa! David called me out and had me come over to Joe. Pretty cool!
We then all got a certificate of completion for the course and we headed on another train to the airport.
I met so many interesting people over the days as David always has you changing partners to learn from different people. So cool!
We had a quick dinner at the airport. There wasn't a great selection so I chose a bunless burger and some sweet potato fries. I'm not sure if these agreed with my system or not. I was all bloated and uncomfortable by the time I got off the plane, but planes tend to do that to you anyway. I'll have to try sweet potatoes another day.
We arrived safely in Ottawa at 1:30 in the morning and got to bed around 2 am by the time we drove home from the airport.
I'm not sure if this makes sense or not, but it seemed like a long time that we were there due to all the information we received. On the other hand, it seemed like such a fast trip and was over way too quickly. We've vowed to go back and spend some time with Lynda and Lorne and see some sights next time! We didn't even get to take them for the thank you dinner that we wanted to give them for having us stay in their home!
I always get what I need when I need it and I definitely needed the information that I gained. Lynda sent me a lovely text thanking me for taking her to the conference, that she was grateful for all that she had gained. A perfect end to a beautiful trip!
