I did personal growth reading while waiting for Ethan to get up.
For my first meal, I are pea pods, trout, and tried some oatmeal. It caused me some stomach distress so I'm going to steer clear of it for now. The next time I make it, I will try soaking it overnight to see if that helps.
After book club, I did my workout and then got the dishes done and made Ethan breakfast. I enjoyed my superfood protein shake with extra BCAAs in it.
I got ready to take Ethan to town to an appointment that he had and ate my third meal before we left.
I brought another shake with me to have in the afternoon and then we headed to town. Ethan's appointment was over quickly so we head to the skate park for a bit. He mastered a tail whip on his scooter. I had a short video to add here, but I can't figure out how to add video!
We grabbed some groceries and then headed home to make dinner. I had prime rib, sautéed mushrooms and beets.
I had one more meal to eat before bed. I had turkey, cauliflower, and quinoa.
After that Ethan and I headed to bed.
