I was very fortunate to be able to sleep in today until 5 am! Ethan's hockey practice was cancelled due to ice issues. I'm not going to lie, I was pretty happy to hear that! I'm sorry that he was disappointed; however, he needed the extra sleep too. He has been fighting a virus - quite successfully I will add, so sleep in very important in that mix!

My workout was cardio and core today. I was very grateful to be able to do it when I got up instead of later in the day. Working out first thing sets me up for success for the day.
After my workout, I had my superfood protein shake with extra BCAAs via Recover in it.
For my second meal the of the day, I had mushrooms with sardines and a bit of salmon to make up my protein weight.
I cooked Ethan's dinner and headed to pick him up from school. We headed to guitar lessons and then headed to the skate park in Gananoque. We arrived and learned that it had rained there and was soaking wet - not safe.
I ate my dinner before we left. I had lamb, rainbow chard and bok choy, and rice.
