I had my superfood protein shake for breakfast and took Ethan to school. I took Ethan's suitcase to my Mom's for his sleepover. I stayed and had my second meal of the day. It was a sardine and some tuna with squash and cauliflower and rainbow chard.
I had my fourth meal which was lamb, broccoli, and quinoa pasta.
Today was authenticity coaching with Darcy. I learned a few important lessons including that judgment comes up for me to realize that I still have work to incorporate my motto, "I Am Enough" into my belief system. This was a cool learn because it allows me to recognize judgment of self as a friendly reminder that I still have work on my new skill and then to thank it and release it. This puts judgment in a new light for me
For dinner, Joe and I had scallops, cauliflower, spinach, and pumpkin with some spices on it. It was a nice dinner to celebrate Joe's birthday which is coming up Monday.
