For my workout today I did cardio. This means that I have no days off now.
After my workout I had my superfood protein shake with Recover in it to get in some extra BCAAs. So good tasting and so good for me and my hard working muscles! My quads muscles were still quite sore for my run today, but I managed to get through it just fine. The run did work some of the pain out of them.
After my workout, Joe and I headed to town to pick up Ethan from his sleepover at his grandma's. Joe went to Service Ontario and got my plates changed over. Here's a picture of them! I feel so strongly about sharing this message with as many people as possible that I put in on my car too! So now I have the tattoo on my arm and the plates on my car.
We grabbed some groceries and took them home and then we went for a lovely drive for the afternoon. It was so lovely to see all the gorgeous colours on the trees in through the back roads around our area, Westport, Chaffey's Locks and home. During our ride I had my third meal of the day which was scallops, rice, and spinach.
I read some of Power of Focus and then hit the hay!
