I got a call from the school to let me know that Ethan had forgotten his lunch in the car. I drove his lunch over.
I met my long time friend, Mary-Jo, for lunch finally after working for a long time to get a time that worked for both of us! It was great to catch up with her. I had chicken, Brussels sprouts, and rice for lunch.
After lunch, I went looking for a new lunch pail for Ethan. Part of the issue was that we switched to a new lunch pail which wouldn't fit in his back pack. He was used to only grabbing the one bag. I found one so I was glad to have one that fit in his back pack again.
I picked Ethan up from school and we headed to the Gananoque to the skate park. Ethan had a good time riding his scooter around for a bit. We grabbed him a bite to eat at the Metro in Gan.
We then headed to Seeley's Bay Chiropractic where I sat in on a new patient orientation session. This was in preparation for me to begin to work with the patients there to empower them to take their health into their own hands with respect to nutrition. I'm excited to be partnering with Dr Dodie and Pam!
After the orientation session, Ethan and I headed home. I had dinner prime rib with horseradish, rice, and Brussels sprouts with broccoli.
