My morning workout today was lower body. I incorporated the additional tweaks for my squats and lunges from Coach Michelle and am pleased with how my form is improving.
After my workout I had my superfood protein shake with added Recover in it. Recover has additional Branched Chain Amino Acids in it to feed my hard working muscles and allow them to recover more quickly.
Today I was extremely grateful to get the house tidied up and the dishes caught up. I have been finding it tough to keep up on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. With the especially early morning on Tuesday, I am tired by the end of the day so I get dinner, make lunches for the next day, and then head to bed to do my personal growth reading after getting Ethan to bed. Ethan and I are working together to iron out our new schedule and make things work better for both of us! I also got the pantry tidied up and organized which I have been wanting to do. I am committed to doing one small task each day to get things the way that I want them to be. By doing one small task, it isn't as daunting at the beginning and over time, I accomplish a lot!
I also got in some work today which was great. To be back in action empowering people to take their health and their lives into their hands is so rewarding! It is my mission to help as many people as possible to know that they are enough, to make their best better every day by learning new skills, and feel good in their body again or maybe for the first time in their life!
Some more lessons from tea! "Happiness is actually an art of living, which is in us." This reminded me that happiness is a decision that I make each day and that it really comes from within not outside influences. If it is outside influences that are making me happy then if those influences are removed then so goes my happiness.
"The purpose to life is to know yourself, love yourself, trust yourself, and be yourself." This reminded me of the importance of personal growth. Personal growth allows me to discover who I am over and over again. Likes layers on an onion, as I work to develop new skills, I learn more about myself through each of the revealed layers. It also reminded me that I am Enough and that the message of "You Are Enough" was downloaded to me and is my job to share with the World! It is through loving myself that I gain access to trust myself, know myself and be myself.
One of the power thoughts that I have been working with is, "I allow my income to constantly expand, and I always live in comfort and joy." I believe this is an important focus for me to have as I work to keep myself home and to bring Joe home with us full-time next year.
For dinner I had prime rib with the last of my homemade horseradish. I'll have to dig up some more root and make some more before the ground freezes! I also enjoyed some steamed pea pods and steamed broccoli with some rice and tamari sauce.
Ethan and I enjoyed reading The Land of Stories again before he went to bed.
Before heading to bed myself I listened in on a team training call and then did some personal growth reading and went to sleep.
