Breakfast was my superfood protein shake.
Ethan and I went for a scooter ride before school so I got a nice walk in while he rode around on his scooter.
I dropped off the basket of product samples to the winner from the Turkey Fair. She was quite pleased to get them. I just know she will love them as much as I do!
I didn't go volunteer this morning as my stomach wasn't feeling up to par so I wasn't sure if I was coming down with something. I thought it better to stay away in case since I prepare food. I'm not entirely sure what was up, but after a nap I felt much better. It could just be that I was still run down from my trip to Vancouver with the time change, long days of intense learning, and then a time change coming home again. It could be that my body was cleansing some more from the day before. It could be that my body was cleansing all the emotions that came up over the intense training. It is hard to say. At any rate, I felt fine after the nap.
I ate lunch of goat stew with white rice. I have been trying out different carbohydrates to see which ones my body can tolerate for my new program. I do not process brown rice very well so decided to try white rice. It was fine. Not my favourite since it doesn't really have any nutritional value, but at least it gives me something to rotate through for my meals on my new program. The goat stew that Joe made was delicious!
