Breakfast was of course my superfood protein shake with extra recovery BCAAs in it. Meal 2 was chicken, beets, and asparagus.
I enjoyed a wonderful call with my team this morning. It feels good to be getting back into my routine!
Today I enjoyed my rice and goat stew (tomato based not gravy) with my friend, Ted. After lunch I headed to pick up a few groceries and then get Ethan from school. As is our new custom, we headed to the skate park for a bit on the way home.
I had my second superfood protein shake while I was waiting for Ethan to come out.
Dinner was carrots, pea pods, and beef while I watched some of my homework from team call today. The homework was to watch "When the Game Stands Tall". This movie demonstrates all of the leadership principles that we have been discussing and reading about in Tribal Leadership. I only watched half of it as it was an early bed for early hockey practice on Tuesday morning.
