Tuesday morning is an early one as Ethan has hockey practice. I had originally said that when practice happened before school that he would have to give it up as I didn't want him to have to get up so early. I learned that it was really important to him and so here we are at the rink at 6 am practice!
I had a beautiful conversation with a friend about her health and taking a stand for her life. I am so excited to walk on this journey with her and experience her transformation!
Lunch was chicken, asparagus, and zucchini.
Ethan and I headed to another skate park that is in Kingston. We met a Mom and her son. Ethan had fun playing with the son and I enjoyed a lovely chat with the Mom. It's cool to connect with people who are like-minded.
I took Ethan to Red Lobster for dinner to have mussels and salad. He was so excited. He loves mussels!
I had my second superfood protein shake once we got to the theatre before we went to the show.

I promised measurements today so here they are. I'm not going to compare them to my previous measurements as Michelle has specific places to measure on the body and I am not sure that I measured in those exact places before. Suffice it to say that I believe that I gained lean muscle, some fat, and some weight on the carb cycling program that I did. The lean muscle is good, but the fat is not. This indicates that I was eating too much or the wrong configuration of food. This is partly why I chose to work with a coach. Even coaches need a coach!
