I enjoyed personal growth reading this morning.
Since we were out late at the show on Tuesday night and I went straight to bed when we got home, I got to make lunches in the morning. I enjoyed my breakfast of meatloaf, asparagus, and rice.
After my client call, I had an amazing coaching call. At my Train the Trainer Leadership training event, I learned not to use words incorrectly, but this coaching call was truly amazing because of the discovery that I made! Before and after the training, I was in a funk and couldn't figure out why. I love learning new things and I had a good time at the event. I learned a ton and had some pretty great growth happen. Well in my coaching call, I was so excited to learn that when I do training programs, I approach it as though there is something wrong with me that needs to be fixed - from a place of judging myself! This is such good information to have because it means that I can now approach training from a new place - that I am enough and that I am learning new skills! So cool! I am so grateful to my dear friend and coach, Darcy for his assistance in leading me to this discovery!
After my coaching call, I headed to town to pick Ethan up from school. I had my second superfood protein shake of the day while I waited for him to come out.
We headed to the skate park for a bit on our way home. Ethan chose to leave early as he was hot and tired.
Dinner was chicken, cabbage, and multi-coloured carrots.
