My workout today was lower body and was followed by my superfood protein shake with Recover in it.
Thursday mornings are nature walk days at Ethan's school and this year I get to join his class for these outings! I ate my second meal of the day - tuna, cabbage, and rice with butter on them - before heading out on the walk with the class.
After nature walk I headed home to tidy the house and get Ethan and I packed to go to Ottawa to visit Joe. Lunch was salmon, rice, cabbage, and some pea pods.
Ethan and I had a pleasant drive to Ottawa. We arrived just in time to have dinner. Joe made us lamb chops, cauliflower, and beets.
