After meditation I did my personal growth reading. We'll finish up Tribal Leadership this week on our book club call and then we will talk about how we will apply what we have learned in the book to our lives the following week. Then we're on to a new book, Power of Focus. I'm excited to dig into that one. I'd love it if you grabbed the book and joined in the call or participated on my community page. I forgot to mention in yesterday's post that it was my first test going to the movie as one my most favourite things is popcorn. I was really proud of myself for resisting temptation. It is neat how having a goal in mind really helps me to stay on track. I sipped my water and enjoyed the movie. I was even able to hold Ethan's popcorn for him and resist temptation!
For breakfast I had half a tin of salmon, some quinoa pasta, and some steamed spinach.
We got all packed up and ready to go. I ate my second meal of my superfood protein shake before we left. There were no extra BCAAs in it today with no workout.
When we got home, I had my third meal of the day which was wild, sockeye salmon, quinoa pasta, and steamed kale.
We ate dinner which was turkey, green beans, and squash for me.
