I had my superfood protein shake with Recover in it after my workout.
I did my maintenance work around the house according to my schedule and then got ready to head to town. Before we left I had meatballs and broccoli. We went in a bit earlier than Ethan's hockey game to run a few more errands.
During our errands I had salmon and kale. We ended up getting a few Christmas gifts purchased. It feels good to almost be done Christmas shopping. We also took Ethan's library book back and signed out a new book for him.
We headed to Ethan's hockey game to watch as Ethan's hand was still too sore to play only to realize that the game time had been changed to 6 pm instead of 5 pm. We had put a pork roast in the slow cooker before we left so that it was ready to eat when we got home so we couldn't stay for the later game time. I had my other superfood protein shake and then we headed home.
We enjoyed our dinner which was pork roast, rice, and steamed broccoli for me. It was delicious! Slow cooker food is so yummy!
After dinner we all played a board game, Soduko, together and then headed to bed.
