I had my first meal of the day which was curried goat, peas, and butternut squash.
I had a team call to discuss the training that is coming up this weekend.
The furnace guy came to do the yearly maintenance. It was good to hear that it all checked out and all is well for another year. I did some work while he was here.
After he left, I did my workout. Today was upper body. I really felt the incline flies that I was doing today. I'm especially grateful for my Recover to help my hard working muscles recover! After my workout I had another superfood protein shake.
I went and picked Ethan up from school and took him to the skate park for a bit before trick-or-treating. There I had my fourth meal of the day. I had curried goat, peas, and carrots.
Ethan and his two baby cousins dressed up as Thing 1 (Maggie), Thing 2 (Becka), and Thing 3 (Ethan) and Maggie's Dad, JD, dressed up as cat in the hat. Here's a picture of Thing 3!
My dinner was tuna, potatoes, and peas when we got home.
