I got up and got ready for the day. I had my first meal which was my superfood protein shake. I got Ethan to school and then ran errands that I needed to do.
When I got home I had my second meal of the day which was salmon and steamed red cabbage.
Also after my workout, I had an amazing coaching call with my authenticity coach, Darcy Shenfield. Between a Leadership coaching call with Dale and Trevor Stevenson earlier this week and Darcy, I was able to switch my mindset back to where I want to live! I am really grateful to have the ability to reach out to these folks and others in my team to help me get back on track.
After my coaching call I had my fourth meal of the day which was chicken, steamed pea pods, and rice.
