At hockey practice, I ran the 5 flights of stairs for my cardio. It was a good workout. I have been struggling about how to get my workouts in on Tuesdays and it occurred to me that I used to do the stairs while Joe was at hockey practice. It felt great to get my workout in first thing in the morning which is what I am accustomed to.
Tuesday was a cleanse day for me. I prefer to cleanse on days that are lower activity. Since most other days are weights, I find cardio days the easiest to cleanse on. Since my other cardio days are Friday and Saturday, I choose Tuesday as I also prefer to cleanse through the week.
I ran errands in the morning and then headed home to have a check up with the dr. I am happy to report all is clear and well. It has been 4 clear mammograms now.
In the afternoon, I did some business work and then headed to town to pick Ethan up. We headed to his guitar practice.
He was very excited to share his new guitar with his teacher, Ted, who graciously decided to have an electric guitar lesson that evening so that Ethan could use his new guitar. We also shared our Steve Vai experience with him.
I'm really glad that we took Ethan on that Steve Vai experience as it has reinspired his guitar playing. He has been making youtube videos for his youtube channel like crazy which means he is practicing like crazy. Very cool!
I made Ethan dinner when we got home from guitar and then we headed to bed to read the Land of Stories and sleep. We were both quite tired from our early morning.
