Breakfast was my superfood protein shake.
It was my first time on stage (so to speak). As I relaxed into it, I believe that I brought more of myself to the group. I'm excited to watch the video recording that Joe took so that I can improve!
My second and third meal of the day were salmon, green beans, and rice.
The day of training was so valuable! I really learned how to step into my leadership even more and also validated for myself that I was on the right track!
Joe and I headed back to his place and did a HIIT workout as my cardio for the day and then he surprised me with going out for dinner for my birthday which is actually on Sunday. I had thought that he was going to make me dinner. I enjoyed a lovely cup of cabernet franc before we headed out. I had rice and seafood with veggies at the Lemongrass restaurant in Ottawa. It was very yummy!
Coach Michelle assured me that it was early in my training and that it was ok to have a treat!
With my new schedule that I have developed with the help of my mentor, Suzan, I will be taking Sundays off from posting. This means that you will get the updates for Saturday and Sunday on Mondays.
