After my workout, I had my superfood protein shake with Recover in it.
I worked for a bit and then ate my second meal of the day which was meatballs and bok choy. This week Coach Michelle has me going all medium days, one cleanse day, and one low day.
It took me a bit to get back into what it was that I did for work since I hadn't worked since the beginning of September!
My fourth meal of the day was curried beef, asparagus and beet greens with sweet potato.
I worked some more and then ate my last meal of the day. I had pork chop with broccoli and acorn squash.
