I then packed all my food for the day as we were heading to town to run errands and to take Ethan to his cousin's birthday party.
As we headed to town, I ate my second meal which was sardines and broccoli. I listened to and participated in the health summit over the course of the day, jumping on and off as I needed to. I learned so much useful information! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in such a great event! I sure hope you listened in as well and gathered some great tips for yourself!
We got all our errands done and then took Ethan to the birthday party. I ate my third meal while Joe and I headed out to do some of Ethan's Christmas shopping while he was at the birthday party. I had salmon and Brussels sprouts.
We picked Ethan up from the party and then headed home. On our way home I had my other superfood protein shake.
When we got home we cooked dinner. I had chicken and broccoli.
It was a low day for my nutrition which means that I didn't have any complex carbohydrates, just meat and veg for the day.
After dinner, I worked on my post for the day and read my book while I watched Ethan and Joe play their dirt biking video game and then headed to bed.
