I am thoroughly loving training for this competition! It feels great to be back into weight training! I haven't done it for a long time.
After my workout I had my superfood protein shake with Recover in it. I was very grateful for my shake as I was quite hungry after my workout. I listened to the last health summit recording while I was getting ready for the day.
We has another full day planned so I packed up my food for the day and we headed out.
First stop was a birthday celebration for Joe's Mom. I had chicken, Brussels sprouts, and carrots. We visited with people and then got ready to leave and head to town. Before we left I had goat and broccoli. I didn't have a complex carbohydrate because I wanted to have a bit of popcorn at the movie.
We saw Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them with the grandparents from both sides of the family. Ethan sat in the middle of his grandmas. I got a separate small bag to take some popcorn out of a larger bag for me.
On the way home from the movie I had my other superfood protein shake.
When we got home I got the lunches packed for tomorrow and then had my dinner of chicken, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli.
After dinner I got the dishes done and headed to bed.
