Ethan had a PA Day from school so he read for the morning while I did some work. For my second meal, I had pork roast and steamed kale. I told Ethan that we could go to the movie in the afternoon after I got some work done in the morning.
I had my team Leadership call and then had my third meal which was also pork roast with broccoli. I chose not to have a complex carbohydrate so that I could have a bit of popcorn at the movie.
On our way to the movie theatre I had my other superfood protein shake of the day. I love how these shakes provide all the nutrients my body needs to build and repair my hard working muscles as well as the other parts of my body that need nutrients to perform their function. I love that it is food fast, but not fast food! I love that they contain everything my body needs in only 250 calories! I especially love that they are only $5 a meal. I know that I can't get all the goodness that is in them from a healthy meal for less than that!
We went to see Moana. It was a great show. We both enjoyed it.
After the show we headed to get a birthday gift for Ethan's friend and then went home to have dinner.
I had chicken with broccoli and cauliflower. I skipped the carbohydrate again due to having the popcorn at the movie.
We arrived home late so Ethan went to bed after he finished his dinner and then I did a bit more work and went to bed myself.
I forgot to put up my measurements from Sunday on yesterday's post so I have included them today. Coach Michelle tells me that she is going to change things up with my program. I am excited to see what changes she makes. She has added 5 minutes to each of my 4 cardio sessions so they will now be 25 minutes. Before she changes up my program, she wants updated pics. I'm going to have Ethan take them tonight.
I increased the heaviness of my weights this week on some of my exercises that were getting "easy".
All in all I am feeling good about my progress! I'm going to rock that stage!!!
