After my workout I had my superfood protein shake with Recover in it. My body so loves the nutrition in these shakes. I'll put them into my body for my lifetime. I love the energy I have and just how good I feel overall from flooding my body with nutrients. Others can see it as well as they tell me all the time that I am glowing. As I have mentioned before, when our skin, hair, and nails are in great shape, it is from what we put in our bodies not what we put on them. The skin, hair, and nails are the last parts to get the nutrients so if you are glowing then you know your body is getting all the nutrients that it needs!
We headed to town to take Ethan to school and then I had book club call. Since there wasn't an assigned leader for the call, I stepped up and lead. It went well despite not having prepared. This led to my lesson of the day which was to trust myself to do a good job and to give what is needed in the moment. On the way to town I had my second meal which was hamburger balls, cabbage, and broccoli.
After book club call I worked on my training and coaching call while Joe wandered around the mall. Once I completed my training, Joe and I headed to have lunch with my friend Paul. We enjoyed a nice chat. I had my third meal of the day which was some pork chop with broccoli and green beans.
After lunch, we headed to do errands and then went to get Ethan and headed home. On the way home, we stopped at the chiropractor so I could have an adjustment.
When we got home, Joe and Ethan headed out to shoot Ethan's pellet gun. I did some more training and then we had dinner. Mine was salmon and cabbage. I am on low days this week again plus a cleanse day and a free meal.
After dinner we watched a movie with Ethan and then he headed to bed. Once he was in bed, Joe and I watched a bit of another movie and then we headed to bed. I read a bit in my Feeling Good book and then went to sleep.
