After my workout, I had my superfood protein shake with Recover in it, got my food ready for the day and then headed to Ethan's school to bring him lunch for the day.
When I arrived, he was sad and told me he wasn't feeling well so I brought him to my Mom's to have a sleep. Sleepover on a school night was not a good idea it seems. He didn't sleep well. It was school assembly day so I was hopeful that a little sleep would make him feel better and we would be able to go back for the assembly. He sleep for several hours while I worked.
For my second meal of the day I had salmon and cauliflower. I had a coaching call and did some training and then had my third meal of the day which was chicken and cauliflower.
Ethan was still not feeling well so we decided not to go to the assembly. He wanted to stay and visit with my Mom a bit so we watched the Grinch Who Stole Christmas, the Jim Carrey version. My Mom hadn't seen it. While we watched the movie, I had my other superfood protein shake.
After the movie we headed home and had dinner. Ethan didn't eat all day, but finally felt a bit hungry at dinner time and ate a bit. I had goat stew and peas.
After dinner we watched Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and then he headed to bed.
I did some more training while I waited for team call time.
I attended team call, read a little in The Power of Focus and then headed to bed.
