I got things ready for the day.
Ethan got up himself as he was so excited for his friend sleepover that he was going to this evening! He got himself ready and then finished packing up the last few things he needed to bring.
After I dropped him off at school, I headed to my Mom's to work for the day. I had my second meal of the day which was goat stew and broccoli and green beans.
I did more work and had a coaching call. I had my third meal of the day which was turkey chili that I had in the freezer and broccoli and green beans. The turkey chili consisted of tomatoes, veggies, and ground turkey so fit in perfectly with my low day. It was spicy and yummy! I'll definitely make some more of that soon!
In the afternoon I had a Dr apt to discuss my fibroid and then I headed to Ottawa to see Joe and attend Wonderful Wednesday in person. On the way I had my other superfood protein shake.
When I got there, Joe brought me my dinner to eat in the car on the way to Wonderful Wednesday meeting site in Chelsea while he drove. He made my tuna, a bit of avocado, and peas. It was yummy. He added turmeric and pepper to the tuna for some flavour. I quite liked it.
While we were driving, our friend, Trevor, called and indicated that he wasn't up to attending. I was quite excited that my instant response was gratitude for time to spend with Joe and concern for Trevor. My old self would have been angry at the long drive for nothing. I am so grateful that I take on personal growth each and every day to become the best version of myself and to learn about who I am and what makes me tick!
Joe and I enjoyed a nice evening doing some window shopping and then I headed back home for the night. It was realy nice to spend some time with just Joe.
I read some more in The Power of Focus and then headed to bed.
