After my workout I had my superfood protein shake with Recover in it. During my workouts I also drink Power which helps my muscles to have more energy to do more.
I took Ethan to school and then headed to run a few errands. I had a pork chop and cabbage for my second meal of the day.
I met my friend, Debbie for lunch and we had a wonderful chat. I had a pork chop and Brussels sprouts for my third meal of the day. We talked about where we are at in life and where we are headed. It was really great to catch up with her! I am excited for the changes that she is implementing in her life!
After lunch I headed to do some work at my Mom's house and then headed to get Ethan from school. I had my other superfood protein shake while I waited for him to come out.
We headed to the park on Grenadier Drive to meet Kayden and his Dad, Don for a play date. The kids had a lot of fun playing together. It was quite cold so we packed it in early and headed home for dinner.
I had goat's stew and broccoli for dinner.
After dinner, Ethan and I headed to a very early bed. Ethan had a fever of 103 and I wanted to ensure I had a good sleep to allow me to fight off whatever he had.
I missed my team call which was disappointing, but thankfully it is recorded so I can listen to it later.
