Here I am with my sweat on!
I got things ready for the day and then headed to take Ethan to school. They had the Jingle Bell run this morning at his school and I am so grateful that I am home to be able to participate in these things with Ethan! We walked up to the park near the school and then ran around the park for the fun run. The kids had a great time and it accomplished another important goal - raised food for the local food bank. Ethan and I brought extras in case some of the children forgot theirs. The teacher was grateful that I was able to race up ahead and catch up with the children at the front to ensure they were safe. I explained to her that I had already had my warm up run and sprint in the morning when I got up!
Friday was a very productive day of work! I did some training in the morning, during which I ate my goat stew and broccoli. After my training, I worked on my presentation for when I partner with my chiropractor. It was awesome how my ideas just flowed and I am pleased with the final product that I sent off for comments to my chiropractor.
For my third meal of the day, goat stew and broccoli.
Next I had a coaching call with my Authenticity Life Coach, Darcy Shenfield. It was another fantastic session. It is interesting how things organically happen as I need them to! We continued my exploration about anger being my default emotion and we discovered that anger is often covering up other emotions such frustration about not being able to express my kindness or when there is fear. This was a cool lesson as it allows me to check in when I get angry to see what is actually going on for me! Love it!
After this coaching call, I had a coaching call about my training that I am doing. I am excited to embark on this training as I know that it will allow me to help more people!
On my way to pick Ethan up, I had a lovely chat with one of my team mates, Maggie, to begin fleshing out an event that we are planning. It was a great call and I am excited about the event! Details to come as it evolves! While I was chatting with Maggie, I had my fourth meal of the day which was my other superfood protein shake.
After my call with Maggie, I got Ethan from school and we headed home to have dinner and wait for Joe to get home.
For dinner I had steak and cauliflower. Today was a love day so no complex carbohydrates just meat and veg.
After dinner, we headed to see Lumina Borealis at Fort Henry in Kingston. Here are a few pictures that Joe took.
