We changed our leadership call from 930 -1030 each Monday morning to 6 am - 7am each Monday morning now. I listened in on the call while I was working out.
After my workout I had my superfood protein shake and then got things ready for the day.
I had Ethan take my photos (below) when he got up and then we headed off to school.
After I dropped Ethan off at school, I headed to my Mom's to work for the day. I had my first meal of the day which was roast beef and broccoli when I got to my Mom's. It was really great to have already had leadership call as this meant that I had some work time before my triad calls of the day. I love the new leadership call time.
I had two great triad calls with my third meal in between them which was roast beef and cauliflower.
I went and got Ethan. I ate my fourth meal which was roast beef and peas while I waited for him to come out. We then headed home.
I did my lower body workout and then had my other superfood protein shake with Recover in it.
I got cleaned up and then we headed to Seeley's Bay Chiropractic. Tonight was the first night of my new presentation for the new patients. I spoke to them all about the importance of good nutrition for their body as well as their nervous system. I talked to them about flooding their body with nutrients and not calories. I informed them about the importance of supplementing with quality supplements. Finally, I spoke to them about the nutrients that were important for their nervous system specifically and common cravings and what nutrients their body was actually crying out for.
After the presentation, Ethan and I headed home and got ready for bed. We read some in The Wings of Fire book that Ethan has been reading and then we headed to bed. I read some of my Elon Musk book and then fell asleep.
