I packed up my meals for the day which were salmon and broccoli for meal two, sardines and cauliflower for meal three, and tuna and peas for meal four. I packed them all in my knapsack and we headed out. Traveling while training for a fitness competition is easy when you prepare!
Ethan and his team won their second game. It was another good game.
After the first hockey game, we headed to see my competition suit designer. I ate meal three on the way. I chose fabric, connectors, and crystals for my suits. It was a lot of fun trying different swatches of material. Joe and Ethan helped choose the colours.
The fuscia is for my figure suit and the silver is for my bikini suit. I am super excited to see the finished product! I got for a fitting at the end of February.
After my sizes were taken, we headed to another hockey rink for Ethan's team's third game. I ate meal four on the way to the rink. The team needed to win this one to put them in the semi-finals. It worked out that way due to the scoring system that was being used. They won their game. It was an intense nail biter right till the very end!
After the game I had my other super food protein shake and we headed back to the hotel. With the team being in the semi-finals, they had an early game on Sunday.
Ethan had a quick swim in the pool with his friends and then a quick rinse of to get the chlorine off and then we all headed to bed. It's amazing how adrenaline rushes can cause exhaustion!
Today's lesson is that adrenaline rushes cause exhaustion. Just imagine what your body is going through when you are under constant stress!
